Job summary
BeOne Medicines Ltd. seeks a Director of Field Analytics for Hematology in the NA region to lead analytics strategy, drive insights, and enable data-driven field decisions.
You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Market Access, and Commercial Ops to shape the analytics roadmap and deliver actionable recommendations that enhance customer engagement and commercial performance. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 10+ years in commercial analytics or related field.
- Biotechnology/pharmaceutical industry experience required; oncology/hematology preferred.
- Experience leading field analytics and KPI development.
- Hands-on experience with secondary data sources: claims, prescription, CRM, etc.
- Strong executive communication and vendor management.
Responsibilities
- Lead Hematology field analytics strategy and roadmap.
- Partner with sales, marketing, market access, and ops to translate questions into analyses.
- Identify opportunities and risks for field execution and action.
- Develop KPI frameworks and dashboards for field leadership reviews.
- Oversee external analytics vendors and knowledge transfer.
