Job summary

IDEXX Laboratories, Inc. is seeking a Customer and Technical Support Consultant - Hematology. This role focuses on assisting veterinarians and diagnostic professionals, addressing inquiries, and ensuring timely, accurate communication to keep pets healthy.

The position involves troubleshooting hardware and software, installations and training, with a start date of November 16, 2026. On-site, hybrid, or remote arrangements are available after training.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a computer-related discipline or scientific field preferred.
• Experience in veterinary practice, lab setting, or contact center helpful.
• Strong listening and communication skills required.
• Ability to be on the phone for 8 hours a day.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls regarding ProCyte and Lasercyte analyzers.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software integration issues.
• Assist with equipment installations and shutdowns.
• Provide education on maintenance, workflows and Hematology sample preparation.
• Track case notes appropriately.
