Job summary

PharmaEssentia Corporation seeks an experienced Hematology Account Manager (HAM) to promote BESREMi® in two Territory regions. The role targets hematologists/oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, and hospital committees, driving education and adoption.

The candidate must reside in the Manhattan, NY or Newark, NJ territory, with a strong preference for Jersey City, NJ, and will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize patient access and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech experience including hematology/oncology.
• Proven track record in hematology oncology sales.
• Existing relationships with key customers valued.
• Experience with new product launches.
• Experience across marketing, market access, and analytics is a plus.
• Startup environment experience is preferred.
• Specialty pharmacy knowledge is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Promote BESREMi® to hematology/oncology customers and educate on trial data.
• Partner with market access and medical teams to deliver solutions.
• Develop territory plans and prescriber action plans; use analytics to drive progress.
