PharmaEssentia is seeking an experienced Hematology Business Manager to drive BESREMi® sales across a defined geography. This role requires residency in the Atlanta, GA area and will focus on promoting the product to hematologists, nurses, pharmacy and therapeutics groups, and hospital networks.

You will build strategic territory plans, partner with market access and medical teams, analyze data to track progress, and ensure compliant execution of the commercial strategy.

Competenze

• 5+ years in pharma/biotech with hematology, solid tumor or rare disease experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Proven hematology/oncology sales in academic and community settings.
• Existing relationships with key customers valued (KOLs, account leadership).
• Experience with launches; startup experience preferred.

• Communicate BESREMi profile, pivotal trial data to key hematology/oncology customers.
• Partner with market access and medical teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.
