BeOne Medicines Ltd. is seeking an experienced Division Sales Manager for the NY/NJ/CT hematology portfolio. You will lead a team of hematology sales representatives, craft strategic plans, and ensure regional growth while focusing on reimbursement and managed care collaboration.

The role requires a BA/BS with 10+ years in pharmaceutical sales management, strong cross-functional experience, and a results-oriented leadership style to drive hospital and specialty markets across the tristate area.

Qualificações

BA/BS required with pharmaceutical sales management experience preferred.
10+ years’ experience in pharmaceutical sales & sales management, with significant Hematology experience.
Experience in specialty sales with reimbursement, distribution, and managed care knowledge.
Cross-functional experience in marketing, sales operations, training, national/corporate accounts, managed markets.
Ability to measure & analyze ROI and KPIs.
Familiarity with CRM software.

Responsabilidades

Recruit, hire, and retain Hematology Sales Representatives.
Lead Hematology Sales Representatives and be a content expert in the Hematology & Oncology marketplace.
Develop a culture of continuous learning and development.
Support the Commercial Team with training programs for competency building.
Lead training sessions to improve communication, analytics and customer service.
