Maximus is seeking a Helpdesk Shift Supervisor to provide expertise to a federal client in support of mission-critical systems that help defend our homeland. You will triage issues, research solutions, and answer questions related to the program and its systems, while mentoring and escalating as needed.

Shifts rotate with mission needs and schedules are assigned, not chosen. The role is on-site in Colorado Springs, CO and requires an active Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to users and clients by triaging issues, researching solutions, and answering questions related to the program and its systems.
• Supervise Operations Support Center operators, acting as a mentor and a direct line of escalation.
• Note: shifts rotate with mission needs; schedules are assigned, not selected.
