The role involves configuring and installing common applications, as well as installing and removing desktop PCs and monitors. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary to interact positively with clients. This position is for a duration of 1 year with the possibility of extension.

Job Title: HELPDESK REPRESENTATIVE

Duration: 1 year (with possible extension)

• Candidates should be able to diagnose and remedy complex Microsoft OS problem tickets, configure and install common applications and install/remove desktop PCs and monitors.
• Remote take-over skills a plus. Must have good verbal and written skills, as well as ability to interact positively with clients.
