Job summary

Foothills is seeking a Technical Support Analyst I to join our IT team in Colorado. You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, support a hybrid Microsoft 365 environment, and assist with workstation deployment and maintenance.

The role requires an Associate’s degree and 2 years of relevant experience, plus strong communication skills and the ability to work on-site in Littleton area. On-site duties and on-call rotation are involved.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Computer Science or related field and two years of related work experience.
• Working knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and TCP/IP; ability to troubleshoot network/wireless issues.
• Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, Exchange Online (hybrid) and basic VoIP/virtual environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line helpdesk support during business hours with strong customer service.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues remotely or at user sites; assess user needs and implement solutions.
• Maintain and support Microsoft 365 tenant and other SaaS apps; manage accounts and backups.
