Job summary

22nd Century Technologies, Inc.(TSCTI) is seeking an Operations and Maintenance Helpdesk Analyst in Sterling, VA to join the team on a 13-week contract to hire basis. Responsibilities include installing, maintaining, and servicing desktop, laptop, printers, network devices, and standard software at customer sites.

Active clearance is required or preferred (CBP BI, Secret, Top Secret or higher). Must have an Associate's degree and at least 2 years of technical experience; US Citizenship with full

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship with full background investigation required.
• Associate's degree and a minimum of 2 years of technical experience with hardware and software – focusing on Windows embedded systems/Help Desk experience.
• Familiarity with network infrastructure.
• CBP BI Clearance is preferred.
• Help Desk may be required to switch operations to 24/7 coverage.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal & written, with external customers.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report on system data and alerts.
• Resolve system issues through remote access to deployed systems.
• Provide on-call support for LBI/ITI applications per contract terms.
• Manage trouble tickets and key issues for ongoing operations.
• Track and resolve issues through PMO chains as defined by contract.
• Collaborate with technical teams to improve operational functionality at ports.
