Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop systems and networks in a heterogeneous environment.
• Perform installation, repair, and preventative maintenance of desktop computers.
• Manage accounts, data integrity, and file system security for desktops.
• Train users on basic and specialized applications.
• Document systems for historical and information assurance purposes.
• Handle off-hours duties as needed.
