The role requires experience with Windows 10/Server 2019, Active Directory, and endpoint solutions. Strong English communication and after-hours availability are essential for success in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of working experience in 1st Level Support / Helpdesk.
• Solid knowledge of current Microsoft desktop OS and Office applications.
• Experience with endpoint solutions and AD account management.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level contact for hardware, software and apps issues via phone, email, and ticketing system.
• Communicate with employees throughout problem resolution process.
• Create/modify/manage Active Directory objects via Windows Server.
