Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to diagnose computer software/hardware problems.
• Must be able to train users to use hardware/software including printing, email, word processing.
• Experience working with Remedy ticketing system.

Responsibilities

• Assist users who are having computer problems and guide problem resolution.
• Provide remote-support using software tools.
• Document detailed resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Resolve tickets escalated by Enterprise Service Desk.
