Delaware Nation Investments/Emerging Technologies seeks a Desktop Support Specialist to provide IT services including service desk, desktop and network support, cybersecurity, and information assurance to AFRL Information Directorate. You will operate within the base User Services team, handling incidents from deployment to remnant security and ensuring seamless client system delivery.

• Must have hands-on experience deploying and configuring client systems across a Windows environment.
• Imaging with WDS/PXE and domain-join procedures are required.
• Strong ability to troubleshoot user-facing applications and common peripheral issues.

• Support IT services including service desk, desktop, network, enterprise and web services, cybersecurity and information assurance support.
• Support lifecycle from deployment to remnant security of client systems.
