Delaware Nation Investments/Emerging Technologies seeks a Desktop Support Specialist to provide IT services including service desk, desktop and network support, cybersecurity, and information assurance to AFRL Information Directorate. You will operate within the base User Services team, handling incidents from deployment to remnant security and ensuring seamless client system delivery.

• Must have hands-on experience deploying and configuring client systems across a Windows environment.
• Imaging with WDS/PXE and domain-join procedures are required.
• Strong ability to troubleshoot user-facing applications and common peripheral issues.

Delaware Nation Investments/Emerging Technologies This is a non-personal services order to provide seamless support to Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) Information Directorate for Information Technology (IT), communication and computer management services including service desk support, desktop support, network support, enterprise services, web services, cybersecurity and information assurance support, communications support, field services, and specialized information systems support.

The Desktop Support Specialist will work within the base User Services/Comm Focal Point team for all customer incidents and in support of the full client system lifecycle from deployment to remnant security.
