Job summary

Eyehealth-Northwest- is seeking a Desktop Technician I to provide end-user technical assistance and support. You will help users with hardware, software, and peripheral equipment both in person and remotely, while maintaining professional, courteous interactions.

You will perform imaging and deployment of workstations, assist with AD/O365 tasks, and keep accurate ticket notes and documentation. Occasional travel to other sites may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year experience as an IT technician or Help Desk agent.
• Working knowledge of Windows operating systems and Office.
• Familiarity with imaging processes and AD/O365 environments.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installing hardware, software and peripherals.
• Image and deploy workstations and thin clients.
• Troubleshoot PC hardware, OS, and standard business apps.
• Respond to Help Desk tickets and onsite service needs with detailed notes.
• Support account setup in AD and O365 under guidance.
• Maintain documentation and reference materials.
• Interface with vendors for warranty or repairs.
• Provide basic user training and guidance as needed.
