Responsibilities

• Respond to IT support requests via phone, email, our ticketing system, and in person.
• Diagnose and resolve common hardware, software, and peripheral issues.
• Help install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other end-user devices.
• Assist users with password resets, account access, and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Create, update, and close support tickets, and document troubleshooting steps.
• Escalate trickier issues to senior IT staff or vendors and learn from resolutions.
• Set up workstations for new employees, including imaging and equipment deployment.
• Support routine maintenance, software installations, and system updates.
• Track inventory of IT equipment and accessories.
• Follow security policies to protect data.
