Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to IT support requests via phone, email, ticketing system, and in person.
• Diagnose and resolve common hardware, software, and peripheral issues.
• Assist users with password resets and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Set up workstations for new employees and assist with device deployment.
• Document troubleshooting steps and close support tickets.
• Escalate complex issues to senior staff or vendors and learn from resolutions.
• Participate in on‑call or after‑hours support as part of team rotation.
