Job summary

Locke Supply Co in Oklahoma City seeks an IT Help Desk professional to provide technical support for the desktop computing environment. You will be the first contact for associates, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution with strong communication and professionalism.

Responsibilities include creating tickets, supporting ERP and business applications, training end-users, and assisting with onboarding.

Qualifications

• 2+ years IT Help Desk experience.
• Familiar with ERP systems and business apps (BI, CRM).
• Knowledge of Windows 7 through Windows 11 and PC hardware.
• Experience with Office 365 and Microsoft Office.
• Working knowledge of AD, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP and printers.
• Capable of training/end-user guidance on technology.

Responsibilities

• Answer direct calls to the Helpdesk for IT support.
• Create support tickets for issues via phone and e-mail.
• Be the first contact for tickets and escalate when needed.
• Resolve incidents with existing docs and procedures.
• Suggest improvements to documentation and procedures.
• Follow-up and update associates on ticket status.
• Support ERP and other business applications.
• Assist with onboarding and device/config prep for new hires.
• Assist with installing or configuring software for user roles.
• Troubleshoot email and internet issues (Office 365, Outlook).
• Work on special projects as requested.
