Job summary

GableGotwals is seeking a dedicated Help Desk/Desktop Support Technician for our Tulsa office. You will provide first and second-level technical support for internal users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of applications.

The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of operating systems, AD/Entra ID, Office 365, SharePoint, and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field (or equivalent certification or work experience).
• Proven experience in a help desk or IT support role.
• Strong knowledge of computer systems, hardware, software, and networking.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for users via phone, email, and in-person, addressing issues related to software, hardware, and network connectivity.
• Respond to and resolve user inquiries and issues in a timely manner.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical problems related to operating systems, applications, and networking.
• PC deployment and replacement, including imaging software and related tools.
• Install, configure, and maintain software applications; ensure systems are up to date.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new employees on software and IT processes.
