Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user support and customer service.
• Maintain customer support for software and applications.
• Monitor Help Desk work orders and provide resolution.
• Resolve routine issues or elevate complex problems.
• Install, upgrade, and troubleshoot hardware and software.
• Instruct users on procedures and required documentation.
• Answer questions from callers and walk-ins to resolve tech issues.
• Stay updated on campus technology changes.
• Assist in maintaining IT department inventory.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
