Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Install, test, and configure PCs, printers, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and coordinate repairs.
• Respond to calls, emails, and direct user contacts.
• Log incidents in a ticketing system and track progress.
• Provide on-site support and basic training to users.
• Maintain inventory and assist with equipment imaging and shipping.
