Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT Support, Desktop Support, or Help Desk experience.
• Hands-on support directly to end users.
• Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow.
• Strong troubleshooting across hardware, software, and operating systems.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Site Support Technician

Location: Jacksonville, FL

Type: 6-Month Contract-to-Hire

Pay: $28-$29/hr (W2)

Conversion Salary: Approximately $60,000 annually

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm ET

Work Environment: Onsite 5 days per week

Reliable transportation is required, as travel between locations will be part of the role.
