About the Role: We’re seeking a Help Desk Support professional to join our client’s IT team in Chicago. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, solving technical issues, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide IT support via ticketing system, phone, chat, and in person
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Windows OS, Office 365, VPN, printers, and network connectivity
• Manage user accounts and password resets through Active Directory
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and other devices
• Ensure systems and software remain consistent with company standards

Qualifications:

• Help Desk or IT Support experience required
• Experience with Active Directory, ServiceNow, and Office 365 Administration
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Technical training or IT-related degree preferred
