Base pay range

$60,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr

Required Experience

• Minimum of 3-5+ years of relevant experience as a Desktop Support/Network Admin or Systems Admin Professional
• Proficient in Server Administration and Networking, with experience in supporting Microsoft Windows 10 and Office 365 applications.
• Strong background in Active Directory and general system administration tasks.
• Excellent communication abilities, capable of guiding customers step-by-step through problem resolution.
• Experience using ticketing systems such as ServiceNow.
• Experience troubleshooting printers, particularly Zebra printers.
• Ability to install, move, and lift equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a vehicle for site-to-site travel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good interpersonal skills with strong oral and written communication capabilities.
• A strong desire to learn and grow within the IT field, go-getter mentality
