EMSL Analytical, Inc. is seeking a Help Desk Support Engineer in Cinnaminson, NJ. You will provide frontline IT support for hardware, software, and network systems, both on-site and via phone, and you will troubleshoot issues individually or as part of a team.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in Help Desk/Desktop support
• Associate degree or certificate in technology or equivalent
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365, Windows 7/10, Windows Server 2008/2012/2016, Exchange 2013, and Active Directory; familiarity with LIMS, Fortigate, Web Filter, DESKTOP Authority, and related tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and be flexible with daily workload

Responsabilidades

• Provide Help Desk support to all employees for hardware, software, network, phone/VOIP, email, and connectivity
• Troubleshoot issues individually and in teams; implement solutions
• Purchase, deploy, and maintain hardware and software
• Participate in on-call rotation with 24-hour support
• Occasional travel may be required
