Osmose Utilities Services, Inc. is seeking a Computer Support Specialist to provide Tier 1 help desk support for field and office-based employees in Peachtree City, GA.

The role involves diagnosing hardware and software issues, deploying devices, and assisting with training and inventory management. You will resolve issues related to Windows devices, Office 365 apps, and peripheral hardware while maintaining documentation and responding quickly to requests.

Qualifications

• Previous related experience in corporate help desk support.
• Experience with Windows devices, laptops and peripheral devices, and Microsoft Office 365 including Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Excellent teamwork, communication and documentation skills.
• Self-motivated to work with little supervision and follow guidelines.
• Willingness to work outside of normal business hours as needed.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues across office and field environments.
• Monitor and respond promptly to help desk requests.
• Utilize and maintain help desk software.
• Assist in training field staff as needed.
• Maintain inventory of equipment and software.
• Manage deployments using standard hardware, images and software.
• Install, test, and configure tablets, computers and peripherals.
• Prepare equipment for delivery and handle returns and testing.
• Test and assist in software upgrades and provide feedback for improvements.
