Job summary

Peraton is seeking a Systems Administrator for the SITEC-3 program to provide Enterprise IT O&M services in support of USSOCOM. The role includes end-user support, incident management, and device imaging from a Davis-area site. Active TS/SCI clearance and DoW 8140 compliance are required.

Responsibilities include using Remedy, MECM, VMware/ESXi, NetApp ONTAP; account management; and coordinating with multiple teams to resolve incidents and service requests 24x7 across sites.

Qualifications

• Active DoD TS/SCI clearance required.
• DoW 8140 Compliance under Work Role Code 451 - System Administrator - Intermediate.
• Minimum education/experience: 6 years HS Diploma; 4 years AS/AA; 2 years BS/BA.

Responsibilities

• Provides user support via Remedy, MECM, VMware, ESXi and NetApp ONTAP.
• Creates and tracks tickets in the ITSM system; resolves end-user incidents.
• Installs/re-images hardware and troubleshoots software and devices.
• Maintains accounts, tokens, and CAC/Token resets; supports EOC help desk services.
