Job summary

ECCO Select Corporation is seeking a Help Desk Analyst I in Topeka, Kansas. You will be the first point of contact for IT incidents, delivering remote and occasional hands-on support for hardware, software, and network issues.

In a ServiceNow-driven environment, you will document incidents, assist with onboarding and MFA enrollment, and uphold security standards. A minimum of two years in a help desk role and strong customer service skills are essential.

Qualifications

Minimum of two years’ experience providing end-user support in a service desk environment.
Experience supporting enterprise technologies in a large corporate setting preferred.
Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+/Network+/Security+, Microsoft certifications, or ITIL Foundations considered a plus.
Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

Serve as the initial point of contact for IT incidents and service requests.
Provide remote and occasional on-site support for Windows, M365, Citrix, VPN, and network issues.
Document and track incidents in ServiceNow, meeting SLAs.
Assist with onboarding, access provisioning, password resets, MFA enrollment.
Follow security policies and protect company data.
Collaborate with IT teams to improve service delivery.
Participate in rotating after-hours on-call.
