Job summary

Figure is seeking an experienced Operations professional to own the HELOC post-close process, handling recorded security instruments, AOMs, and investor inquiries. You will ensure accurate, compliant processing across paper documents and liaise with vendors to resolve issues.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, cross-team collaboration, and a proactive approach to improving workflows in a fast-paced mortgage environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of administrative and/ or customer-facing experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment with tight deadlines.
• Strong communication with cross-functional teams and issue resolution.
• Exceptional customer service skills for external customers.

Responsibilities

• Partner with operations to ensure a smooth post-close mortgage process.
• Provide professional and concise communications with internal and external customers.
• Identify opportunities to improve and digitize processes.
• Prioritize work based on investor delivery expiration and closing dates.
• Handle printing, signing, notarizing, and recording relevant documents.
• Process paper Assignments of Mortgage (AOMs) for loan sales and securitizations.
• Manage POA and AOM process for Private Label Partners until all volume is on DART.
• Oversee onboarding/offboarding of DART loans via AOMs.
