Green Key Resources is seeking a motivated Junior Hedge Fund Operations Associate to join our clients' Operations teams in New York. The successful candidate will support middle to back-office processes, contributing to smooth and efficient daily workflows.

The role emphasizes accuracy, collaboration across teams, and familiarity with asset classes such as equities, fixed income, derivatives, and alternatives.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with instrument setups, trade bookings, reconciling trading activity, resolving trade breaks for multiple accounts.
• Process daily wire requests and document signature requests.
• Assist with various asset classes closings and lifecycle event processing.
• Assist with account openings, system setups, connectivity with administrators and other third parties.
• Handle various KYC requests and audit inquiries.
• Support the month-end close, reconciliations and reporting.
• Collaborate across internal teams including finance, compliance, analytics, software, legal, IR, and investment teams.
• Collaborate with fund administrators, vendors and other service providers for daily cash and position reconciliations, file processing, and process improvement.
• Support adherence to internal controls and compliance protocols through rules maintenance.
• Familiarity with equities, fixed income, derivatives, and alternative investments.

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Associate to join our Operations team. The successful candidate will support the team in ensuring smooth and efficient middle to back-office processes, contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with instrument setups, trade bookings, reconciling trading activity, resolving trade breaks for multiple accounts
• Process daily wire requests and document signature requests

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting, or a related field.

Experience:

• At least 2 years experience required in a business environment
