Responsibilities

• Verify passenger documentation and issue boarding passes.
• Assist passengers through check‑in, baggage processing and special accommodations.
• Direct passengers through security procedures and airport processes.
• Reschedule affected passengers and provide VIP/UM assistance as needed.
• Operate jet way and reservations software; maintain required documentation.
