Job summary

Swissport International AG is seeking a Passenger Service Agent to provide passenger services including reservations, ticketing, baggage handling, and check-in at our US locations.

The role requires fluent English and proficiency in at least one of Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese, Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese), or Filipino. Evening availability and customer-service experience are essential. The position pays $18.50 per hour and offers opportunities across airport operations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Evening availability is required.
• Training hours require open availability
• Passionate about customer service and must have relevant work experience
• Excellent communication skills in country specific language; additional languages desirable

Responsibilities

• Inspect and verify passenger documentation
• Issue boarding passes and reschedule passengers affected by flight interruptions or cancellations
• Manage passenger baggage processing including fee calculation
• Assist passengers with arrival and check-in including support for unaccompanied minors, VIPs, and wheelchair needs
• Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine as required
• Make public address announcements
• Assist Ramp Service Agents with wheelchairs and gate-checked bags
• Comply with security requirements and airline SOPs
• Operate reservation/ticketing software
• Produce all required work-related documentation
• Other duties as assigned
