Job summary

Allegiant Air is seeking a Heavy Maintenance Representative in Las Vegas to supervise aircraft heavy maintenance at maintenance providers and ensure work meets regulatory and company standards.

You will communicate with Maintenance Control, monitor quality, safety, and on-time delivery, and approve airworthiness releases as required. A&P license and extensive Part 121/135 experience are preferred. This role requires travel and cross-department coordination.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the US and pass a background check.
• Airframe and Powerplant License required.
• 10 years of Part 121/135/transport maintenance or Quality Inspector experience.
• 5 years of heavy maintenance on 121 heavy transport aircraft.
• 5 years of experience on A320 and 737MAX aircraft.
• 3 years of direct reports management or remote supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision of heavy maintenance at Allegiant's provider locations.
• Serve as primary liaison between Allegiant and heavy maintenance vendors.
• Monitor workmanship and materials for compliance with FAA and company standards.
• Coordinate with departments to resolve delays and ensure on-time delivery.
• Review invoices and approve costs within budget.
• Authorize aircraft return to service after heavy maintenance.
