Hawthorne Cat is seeking a Service Maintenance Technician - Rental in Lakeside, California. You will perform inspections on incoming and outgoing equipment, conduct routine maintenance, and support customers and other technicians to ensure reliable operation.

Qualifications

• One-year minimum experience with heavy equipment or diesel engines.
• Enrolled or training in a heavy equipment/diesel program is acceptable.
• Certification or degree from an accredited trade program strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming and outgoing equipment for safety and proper operation.
• Report fuel and DEF usage to ensure proper refills.
• Perform regular service and preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Develop and maintain positive customer relationships to increase satisfaction.
• Keep up-to-date with new models and repair techniques.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and organize shop tools.
• Support the team by completing assigned duties.
• Tools will be provided by the company.
