Role emphasizes strong customer service, ongoing skills development on new models, and teamwork. A California driver’s license and ability to read/write English are required.

Qualifications

• Experience with heavy equipment and diesel systems is required.
• Customer service skills are essential for success.
• Proficiency using laptops, tablets, or smartphones for work.
• Valid CA driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections of incoming and outgoing equipment for safety and operation.
• Complete fuel and DEF measurement and refill documentation.
• Carry out regular service and preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers to boost satisfaction.
• Stay current with product knowledge on new models.
• Keep the work environment safe and organized; maintain tools and space.
• Operate wash rack and high-pressure washer to clean equipment.
• Assist as part of a team; perform other duties as assigned.
