You will provide leadership to ensure safe, efficient, productive operations and high customer satisfaction, while guiding technicians and supervisors. You will oversee quoting, work orders, and invoicing, drive performance reviews, and promote safety and professional development across a large team.

Qualifications

• Must have a degree or extensive equipment repair experience.
• Experience supervising a team is helpful.
• Clear writing and business communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage Heavy Equipment Service Department including shop, field, and support personnel.
• Provide leadership to ensure safe, efficient and productive operations with high customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrate strong customer communication and motivate a large workforce.
• Assist customers and technicians on repairs and define scope of work.
• Oversee quoting, work orders, and invoicing.
• Oversee technician productivity and annual reviews.
