You will also support safety, workflow, and reporting to improve equipment quality. Candidates should have strong mechanical aptitude, ability to read manuals, operate diagnostic tools, and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of hydraulics, electrical and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read and follow operators and repair manuals.
• Operate equipment safely and document work clearly.
• Experience with diagnostic and test equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues on rental equipment.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and locate mechanical deficiencies in heavy machinery.
• Prepare work orders and documentation accurately and timely.
• Adhere to safety procedures and support continuous workflow improvements.
• Collaborate with management and teammates to improve equipment quality.
