Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking an Equipment Operator (Driver License Required) to operate heavy equipment and remove branches and tree material from electrical lines. This full-time, non-exempt role offers a competitive hourly wage and benefits as part of a nationwide utility contractor.

Responsibilities include transporting equipment across multiple states, maintaining trucks and gear, performing cutting and brush management, and adhering to safety protocols around hazardous equipment and

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Driver license required; CDL preferred.
• Familiar with electrical hazards.

Responsibilities

• Operates heavy equipment such as Bulldozers, Backhoes, Skid steers, Excavators, Loaders, Dump trucks.
• Transports equipment to and from multi-state job locations.
• Installs and removes gates, fences, and culverts.
• Uses a chainsaw to cut brush and logs and feeds brush into chipper.
• Maintains and services truck, chipper, and equipment in good working order.
• Works around hazardous equipment and in varying weather conditions.
