Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is hiring an Equipment Operator (Driver License Required) to operate heavy equipment and perform vegetation management along electrical lines. The role requires transporting equipment across multi-state locations and performing groundwork such as gate installation, culverts, and brush cutting.

Key duties include operating bulldozers, backhoes, graders, and stump grinders, with strict adherence to safety protocols. Drug screening and background checks may apply.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Driver License Required.
• Familiar with electrical hazards.

Responsibilities

• Operates heavy equipment such as Bulldozers, Backhoes, Skid steers, Excavator, Loaders, Dump trucks, Mowers and Stump grinders.
• Transport equipment to and from multi-state job locations.
• Install and remove gates, fences, barb wire.
• Install and remove culverts, rocks and base.
• Works on spare rock and base by Highways, side roads and on the right-of-way.
• Uses a chainsaw to cut brush, logs and stumps of larger trees.
