Job summary

HK Contractors in Idaho is seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to safely run loaders, excavators, bulldozers and haul trucks, supporting production goals in a team environment.

You will perform inspections, monitor performance, follow MSHA/OSHA safety rules, and collaborate with supervisors to meet project targets. A GED and 1–3 years of experience are preferred, with a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Experience operating heavy equipment in construction or aggregates environments.
• Ability to read simple instructions and reports.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate loaders, excavators, bulldozers, haul trucks and similar equipment.
• Perform pre- and post-operation inspections for safe conditions.
• Monitor equipment performance and adjust operations to maintain productivity.
