Job summary

HK Contractors, a CRH company, seeks an Equipment Operator to safely run heavy machinery in construction and aggregate operations around Rexburg, Idaho. You will support daily production goals, perform equipment inspections, and ensure quality results in a team environment.

The role requires 1–3 years of heavy equipment experience, a valid license, and willingness to work flexible hours. You will operate loaders, excavators, bulldozers, and related equipment with safety as a priority.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1–3 years of heavy equipment operating experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license; CDL may be preferred depending on role.
• Ability to work in a team and follow safety procedures.
• Experience in construction or aggregates is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate loaders, excavators, bulldozers, haul trucks, and other equipment.
• Perform pre- and post-operation inspections.
• Monitor equipment performance and adjust to maintain productivity.
• Complete daily logs and production records.
• Follow MSHA/OSHA safety regulations.
