MasTec, Inc. is seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator for MasTec Renewables projects. You will operate excavators, dozers, loaders, forklifts, backhoes and other machines across wind, solar, and infrastructure sites, performing material handling, earthwork and site preparation.

Requires a High School diploma or GED with 1–3 years of related experience. Travel to various job sites may be necessary; strong safety mindset, plan-reading skills, and GPS knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 1–3 years or more related experience or training.
• Experience reading and interpreting safety rules, plans and specifications.
• Knowledge of equipment functions, operation, and maintenance practices.

Responsabilités

• Operate excavators, dozers, loaders, forklifts, backhoes, and other listed equipment.
• Promote safety policies and procedures on site.
• Coordinate machine actions with other activities and communicate with crew.
• Perform routine maintenance and complete maintenance reports.
• Travel to different job sites as needed.
