DC Army National Guard is seeking a Horizontal Construction Engineer to operate bulldozers, roadgraders and other heavy equipment to clear obstacles for construction projects. training includes Basic Training (9 weeks) and Advanced Individual Training (9 weeks), with civilian career prospects in construction and engineering fields.

You will participate in paid training, earn a monthly paycheck and access tuition assistance, retirement benefits, and other federal/state programs.

Qualifications

• Military enlistment is required.
• High school diploma or GED, or be a high school junior.
• Must be between 17 and 35 years old.
• Must pass a physical exam and meet standards.
• Citizenship requirements apply.
