Job summary

WM in Lewisville, TX is seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator I for stable, full-time work with comprehensive benefits. The role features a Monday–Friday schedule with a half-day Saturday rotation and pays a starting $22 per hour.

You’ll operate bulldozers, scrapers, and loaders at our recycling facilities, perform inspections, and follow strict safety guidelines. Must be 18+, eligible to work in the U.S., and pass pre-employment screenings.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience operating heavy equipment.
• Be over 18 years of age.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to perform physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Successfully complete and pass pre-employment drug screen and physical.

Responsibilities

• Operates heavy equipment in compliance with company safety policies and procedures.
• Conducts routine equipment inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment; maintains accurate records.
• Moves and positions raw materials and finished components with material moving equipment.
• Follow appropriate standard operating procedures for operating and maintaining vehicle.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
