Job summary

WM is hiring a Heavy Equipment Operator II at our recycling facility in Cleveland, TX. You will operate heavy equipment such as bulldozers, scrapers, and front-end loaders to support daily operations and ensure safety and efficiency.

We offer a stable schedule, with Monday–Friday 7:00am–6:00pm and alternating Saturdays, plus comprehensive healthcare, stock options, and education assistance to help you grow within the company.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience operating heavy equipment.
• Must be over 18 years of age.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to perform physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Successfully complete and pass pre-employment drug screen and physical.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment in compliance with the company operating safety policies and procedures.
• Conduct routine equipment inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment; maintains accurate records.
• Moves and positions raw materials and finished components with use of material moving equipment.
• Follow appropriate standard operating procedures as per guidelines for operating and maintaining vehicle.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Preferred: Dozer, Excavator, and ADT operators
