WM is seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator I at our Moberly, MO site. You will operate bulldozers, scrapers and loaders in a controlled environment with a focus on safety and efficiency, contributing to stable hours and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience operating heavy equipment.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to perform physical requirements with or without accommodations.
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and physical.

Responsibilities

• Operates heavy equipment in compliance with safety policies and procedures.
• Performs routine inspections and preventive maintenance; keeps records.
• Moves and positions materials using material moving equipment.
• Follows standard operating procedures for operating and maintaining vehicles.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
