WM is North America’s leading provider of comprehensive waste management environmental services. As a Heavy Equipment Operator I at WM, you’ll operate bulldozers, scrapers and front-end loaders at our recycling facilities across the USA, supporting safety and efficiency.

Starting pay is $20-$22 per hour with stable hours, benefits, and a 401(k). You’ll join a team that values safety and family time, with opportunities for training and development and on-site work at our AZUSA, CA site.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience operating heavy equipment.
• Must be over 18 years old.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to perform physical requirements of the position.

Responsabilités

• Operates heavy equipment in compliance with safety policies and procedures.
• Conducts routine equipment inspections and preventative maintenance; keeps records.
• Moves and positions raw materials and finished components with material moving equipment.
• Follows standard operating procedures for operating and maintaining vehicles.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
