Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC seeks an Equipment Operator (Driver License Required) to operate heavy equipment for removing branches on electrical lines. The role involves transporting equipment to multiple sites, installing fences, and applying herbicides on right-of-way, with a focus on safety and maintenance of gear. A valid DL is required; CDL preferred. Pre-employment checks apply. This is a full-time, hourly position offering a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age or older.
• Familiar with tree species and electrical hazards.
• Pre-employment drug screen/background/MVR may be required.

Responsibilities

• Operates heavy equipment (bulldozers, backhoes, skid steers, excavators, loaders, dump trucks, mowers, stump grinders).
• Transport equipment to multi-state job locations.
• Install and remove gates, fences, culverts, and bases.
• Apply herbicide to right-of-way and operate spray equipment.
• Maintain equipment and assist with mixing herbicides.
• Work around hazardous equipment and in various weather conditions.
