B&S Site Development is a fast‑growing leader in large‑parcel civil construction, delivering time‑sensitive projects with precision and accountability. We are seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator to safely manage bulldozers, excavators, loaders and other machinery, ensuring accurate material movement and adherence to safety standards on busy sites in Georgia.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in construction, a GED or HS diploma, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Ability to safely operate excavators, loaders, backhoes, dozers and other heavy equipment.
• Capable of lifting and carrying heavy equipment/materials up to 50 pounds.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsabilités

• Safely operate excavators, loaders, backhoes, dozers and other heavy equipment.
• excavate trenches for utility installation with precision.
• Assist crews in storm, water, and sewer pipe installation.
• Follow all site safety protocols.
• Communicate with coworkers to clarify project specs as needed.
