Are you looking for a company that is rapidly growing and where you can create a long-term career in earthwork operations? K Con is seeking experienced operators knowledgeable in running heavy equipment for residential and commercial projects within the greater Seattle area, including North King and Snohomish County. Join our K Con team!

This position is for experienced operators who are safe, skilled, and productive. Pride in workmanship, equipment, vehicles, and tools is essential. Candidates should be able to follow directions easily to manage daily site needs. Site safety and equipment safety are our top priorities.

Required Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience operating heavy equipment.
• Knowledge of operating multiple types of equipment such as Excavators (50 - 350 sizes), Backhoes, Loaders, and Dozers.
• Ability to successfully perform tasks like cutting house holes and mainline digging with clear management instructions.
• Assist in training and guiding other field employees to keep projects on track.
• Effective communication skills with team members on-site.
• Willingness to exit the machine to assist the crew when needed.
• Ability to plan and oversee work, knowing what is needed and when.
• Problem-solving skills to foresee and overcome issues.
• Demonstrates integrity and ethical behavior in all duties.
• Focus on safety and promoting it as a crew priority.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening.

Job Type: Full-time (40+ hours per week)

Hourly Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 depending on experience
